Kennedy loves The Friend. Every month she reads her magazine until it’s ragged and falling apart. I love that she enjoys it so much. She likes to read about other children around the world and hear their stories. About a year ago, I got the idea to submit a little story to the friend in hopes that they would publish it. I knew it would take some time to appear, but I had just about given up hope when there it was!! What a wonderful surprise for Kennedy to find her own cute little face smiling back at her! We are so proud of the sweet girl she is. She truly is trying to be like Jesus! Too bad we will have to wait a few months to get the actual magazine in our hands. In fact, we just received our December issue in the mail!! I am so grateful that they have gone digital also, so we can enjoy the stories while we wait!!

That is pretty dang cool! Not many kids can say they’ve been in the Friend Magazine. I was just thinking that I need to get a subscription because my little girl is old enough she’d love it. Hope you’re all doing well! Love the updates!

It was so neat to see her picture and read her story, what a sweetheart! The kids loved seeing their cousin in one of their favorite magazines!!
