Happy Valentine’s Day

We had a very fun and VERY RED day!  We started the morning (Saturday) with red German pancakes, and had a fun relaxing day just being together! We celebrated Saturday since Sunday was full of church things.  Saturday night I made chicken tikka masala and naan bread!  We did it last year since it was so red and festive, that it’s kind of becoming tradition lately.  I do think that the homemade heart shaped pizza I made was really cute and fun too.  After we shared our small valentine’s we put the kids to bed, and curled up on the couch and watched Chuck.  It was just what we needed.

Brian and I had fun thinking back to our first date on Valentine’s day 9 years ago!  We had a yummy dinner and watched Sleepless in Seattle.  Too funny!  I can honestly say that I love him more each day!  Happy Valentine’s Day Sweetie!
