Time for another haircut!

Nathan pretty much freaked out!  I tried to cut it from the bumbo seat with treats.  That didn’t work so well, so I finally laid him over my leg and he completely relaxed.  I cut one side and then flipped him.  It seemed to work really well!  As you can tell, he still would never crack a smile  during the haircut.   Kennedy, our photographer, tried VERY hard to get a smile.  Definitely not his favorite thing, but his hair was getting too long.  I love how his hair is thickening up nicely.  This is something he just better get used to!

He looks so big! I always think of you and your haircutting tutor session when I get out our clippers! That reminds me – my boys need a haircut, too!

What a sweet little face that is! Very serious !! That was a stroke of inspiration.

  • I’m ready for my haircut too 🙂

Yeah, I think it just gets worse. I just cut Jordan’s hair on Friday and I think he hates it now more than ever. But luckily I’m getting faster and faster so the painful sessions are pretty short for both of us. 🙂

I still remember Brian’s first haircut. It made him grow up so fast. The curls at the bottom of the baseball cap was just “not cool” according to his Dad and Grandpa.
I’ve cut a lot of hair but I’ve never thought of putting them on my lap. Good Idea, Nat!

It must be in the air! Yesterday our boys got their haircuts too…Wish I could’ve gotten some of those hair cutting tutor sessions! Definitely some quick thinking to put him on your lap! Good photography skills, Kennedy! My boys were wishing I was quicker, like their Aunt Katie for sure!!
