He’s REALLY on the move now!

Where has all the time gone??  My little Nathan took his first steps today! It was a big day.  I tried to get him to perform for Daddy over the web-cam this afternoon, but of course he wouldn’t really do it.  Daddy was very impressed with his standing skills though.  Maybe next time.  It’s also very hard to capture it on video with only one person.  As good as Kennedy is…I don’t totally trust her!

The other day Nathan was playing with his toys and picked up his phone and just started to jabber in it like he was really talking to someone.  It was too cute!  It’s so fun to watch him play and explore as he learns and grows!

Listening intently.

Jabbering away!

His other favorite toy is his basketball.  Well, any ball for that matter.  In fact, “ball” was his first word besides “mama” and “dada”.  He’s also started to “moo” like a cow and do a “baa” like a sheep when he sees the animals in his night time book.  Lots of exciting things at the Call house!

Way to go, Nate! Are you ready for this, Nat? Your new layout is really cute!

Ok, this is too cute. He is awfully early to walk. Isn’t he only 10 months? That is how old our Matt was. I like that he likes ball. Brian loved baseball, and Clark coached him for a long time. He ws way good. So, I am hoping you have a little Call ball player. Love ya, Mama Inglet

  • Those are some seriously cute pictures. Love how he’s talking in the phone. Love even more that he likes his basketball:) He’s turning into our little grown up baby boy.

Wow, what a difference a week makes. I love the “proof” photo then one week later he is standing like he is an old pro!! As he gets older I see more of Brian in his eyes. The ball attraction is definitely inherited. Get ready for t-ball, baseball, basketball, football, and yes plenty of tennis. They are some of my favorite memories of Brian and the drive he has. We miss him and we miss all of you. Thank you for the blog Nat it means so much!!!
