Singin’ and dancin’ in the Rain!

The first week of school flew by and Kennedy loved every minute of it.  My mother put it very well though, “A quiet house isn’t all it’s hyped up to be”. I still miss all the funny things Kennedy says (now her teacher get to hear them), and I have to do the dusting and cleaning myself! I guess I can share her for 3 hours.  I hope Mrs. Rozofsky appreciates her!  I am thoroughly enjoying my time with Nathan.  It’s been nice to have a little one-on-one with him.  Somehow I’ve let him grow up SO fast.  I didn’t mean to!  I have noticed him being a bit more clingy since Kennedy started school.  I don’t know if this is related, or just a coincidence.  Hmmm…

Yesterday we had afternoon rain showers, so Kennedy put on her rain boots and danced for Nathan and I.  It was warm, wet, and wonderful! The energy Kennedy has NEVER ends!  If I could bottle it and sell it we would be rich!  Nathan and I stayed under the shelter of the porch, but Kennedy made it a challenge to soak herself from head-to-toe!  I’ve decided to post just a clip (for your viewing pleasure -of course) of our hours of silliness as Kennedy sang and danced in the rain!

  • The dance was hilarious. The singing unparalleled as well. If you could just bottle some of that energy and sell it we’d be rich…
